PRINCIPLES OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
The personal data protection policy below applies to all personal data collected by the controller based on the performance of a contractual relationship, legal obligation, legitimate interest or consent granted, through websites or other sources, and describes the methods of use and protection of personal data by the controller .

Legislation
The administrator processes the user's personal data provided by telephone, in person, in writing or electronically in accordance with Article 6 paragraph 1 letter a) Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons in connection with the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and on the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data ), (hereinafter referred to as "GDPR").
Scope of data processed by the administrator
Name, surname, company, address, telephone number, e-mail, ID number, VAT number and other related communications, information and documents that the user provides to the administrator as part of the provision of services.
Personal data retention period
The controller processes and stores personal data for the period necessary to ensure all rights and obligations of the user and for the period during which the controller is obliged to store the data according to generally binding legal regulations in the field of personal data protection.
Transfer of personal data to third parties
The administrator transfers the user's personal data to third parties only if required by another legal regulation; it is necessary to provide a product or service or based on the administrator's legitimate interest. The transfer of personal data is always done on the basis of a legal regulation or on the basis of a contract with a third party that provides sufficient guarantees of personal data protection.
User rights
The right to access personal data - the user has the right to obtain information from the administrator on whether it processes his personal data and, if so, what data it is and how it is processed. The user also has the right to have the administrator correct inaccurate personal data concerning him at his request without undue delay. The user has the right to complete incomplete personal data at any time.
The right to erasure of personal data – the user has the right to request the administrator to delete or dispose of his personal data, which the administrator processes about the user, if certain conditions are met and the user requests it.
The right to limit the processing of personal data - the user has the right to have the administrator limit the processing of the user's personal data in certain cases. The user has the right to object at any time to processing that is based on the legitimate interests of the administrator, a third party, or is necessary to fulfill a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of public authority.
The right to data portability – the user has the opportunity to obtain the personal data he has provided to the administrator in a common and machine-readable format. He can then transfer this data to another administrator or, if technically possible, request that the administrators transfer it to each other.
The right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data - the user has the right to withdraw his consent at any time, in whole or in part. Consent can be revoked by written notice sent to the administrator's address or to his e-mail address. The controller may process personal data only to the extent of the necessary legal reasons for processing, i.e. especially when fulfilling their legal obligations or for the purposes of protecting rights and legal claims.
If the user has doubts about the processing of his personal data carried out by the administrator, he can file a complaint directly with him, or contact the Office for Personal Data Protection, or the court.

What are cookies?
Text files that websites store on your computer or mobile device when you start using the website.
- First party cookies are cookies that are stored when you visit a website. They can then only be read by the website in question. In addition, websites can potentially use external services that also store their own cookies - so-called third-party cookies.
