Our beer Harrach
Harrach – Vienna special
Bottom fermented pale special from a Vienna malt.
This type of beer originates in 1840, thanks to a famous Viennese brewer Anton Dreher, who used a special slightly longer soaked malt, nowadays known as Vienna, for its production.
The result is beer of morning sun colour, with a characteristic sweetish, velvety malt taste with a pleasant spicy fade out.
Vienna Special is the only type of beer, which is, in Jelínkova Vila Brewery, prepared from one type of malt only.
